Center for Spiritual Enlightenment

 is a meditation center in the 

spiritual tradition of Kriya Yoga that welcomes people from all back-
grounds who are seeking Self- and God-realization—a path to spiritually 
conscious, fulfilled living in the world. There is nothing else that brings 
more hope and joy, nothing else that removes sorrow and suffering, and 
sets us on the path of fulfilled living than discovering the spiritual truth of 
our lives. This is the heart of our ministry at CSE—to bring this message 
of hope and joy, to remove sorrow and suffering, and to offer support for 
fulfilled living. 

Every day at CSE this message is taught. Practical support and tools  

for transforming lives and fulfilling worthwhile dreams are offered to  
all who are seeking a spiritually conscious life—locally, and globally, for 
over thirty years.

CSE World Headquarters is located in San Jose, California, where 

worship services, meditation instruction, Kriya Yoga teachings and 
initiation, hatha yoga classes, youth spiritual education, ministry services 
and retreats are regularly offered. It is also the home of Meru Institute, 
founded in 1996 to train teachers and leaders in the Kriya Yoga tradition; 
a meditation garden that is open daily to the public; CSE Press; and the 
Tree of Life Welcome Center and Bookshop. 

CSE shares inspiration and teachings globally by offering weekly online 

radio programs, online classes (live streaming and archived), daily email 
inspirations, regular mailings, and outreach teaching.
