The

 Yoga Studies

track is suitable for students of Yoga Philosophy and

Practice who are interested in living a yogic lifestyle—a way of life supportive

of Self- and God-realization along with engagement in family, career, and

civic responsibilities. Immersion in meditation practice, yoga philosophy

studies, and related life-style disciplines prepares students to teach medita-

tion and spiritual practices as well as provide spiritually focused lifestyle

consultation in both informal and professional settings.

The

 Ayurveda Studies

track trains students as Ayurvedic Lifestyle Educators

or Ayurvedic Health Consultants and prepares them for professional careers

in Ayurveda. Students will gain knowledge, practical skills, and experience to

foster complete well-being and support others to regain balance and vitality.

The

Seva: Community Ministry

track offers practical training in Karma

Yoga, spiritually focused service; Seva, the way of compassionate action;

and Worship, practices for infusing daily life with spiritual awareness. Learn

to embody the spirit of Seva in all aspects of your life. Students gain the

yogic foundation, practices, and tools to offer transformative support based

on spiritual teachings in a variety of settings such as educating youth and

families, caring for the ill and dying, teaching in organization or business

environments, or providing one-on-one guidance.
