While doing this, do not think of limitations. Be open to infinite good
and know that you are working in partnership with the power that nour-
ishes the universe. Even if some of your hopes and dreams seem to you to
be out of the question, write them clearly anyway. You can always modify
your list later, or it may be that you will find that you didn't dream big
enough, that life is more than willing and able to fulfill your dreams in
spite of your present limitations in thinking and imagining.
As you write, remember that if your dreams are useful, if they are
worthy of you and of value to others, life can and will bring together the
resources and means to embody your dreams. In your heart, as you write,
accept the ideal of Self-realization, unlimited creativity, emotional matu-
rity, physical health and vitality, the love and support of your world, and
success in all useful ventures. Writing in this way, with your mind open to
the universe, is one of the most important things you can do to assist yourself
in the direction of total fulfillment.
2. Write a Life Plan.
Contemplate deeply the purpose for which you were
born. Why are you here in this world? Never mind, for the moment, what
you have done or have not done thus far in your life. Just examine your life
and think in terms of what you want to accomplish or experience before
you depart from this world. Write your goals and major purposes and
resolve to eliminate whatever stands in the way of fulfillment. How many
years do you have left in this incarnation? What do you intend to do with
the years yet remaining? Be as specific as you can, while remaining open
to the unplanned good fortune which will surely unfold in the near and
distant future.
Keep your writings where you can refer to them from time to time, and
add to what you have written when inspiration unfolds. Make a conscious
and honest effort to do all you can do to be a responsible participant in
the process of unfoldment and actualization of personal dreams and Self-
realization.
