Yoga is not for the person who overeats or who engages in 

excessive fasting. It is not for the one who sleeps too much 

or for the one who doesn’t get adequate rest. For the person 

who is moderate in eating and in recreation, who is reserved in 

action, whose sleep and waking are regulated, there comes a 

natural discipline, the yoga that destroys all sorrow.
